Buy online

You can buy and pay online on the website of Lingerie Valentijn. To add articles to your shopping basket, follow these steps:

• In the left menu, click on Catalogue
• choose a brand and click on the photo or in the leftmenu
• choose an article from the list, or out of the left menu.
• Select an item and select size and color you whish to purchase
• Click on add

To submit your order, follow these steps

• Click on order in the left menu, or on the shopping cart page
• Fill in your data
• Click on Confirm Order

Data verification

After submitting your order, we'll check the data for validity. We will contact you should one of the items you selected be out of order.

At Lingerie Valentijn we strive to uphold the same online customer service as we provide in our shop. We're here to help, so you won't get some callcenter or automated response on the other end of the line. Note though that we speak dutch. If you like to contact us in English or French please do so in written form so we can translate our reply for you.

Payment

You can pay with a creditcard or by banktransfer on the website of Lingerie Valentijn. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Eurocard. Your creditcard will be billed from the moment your order is available on stock.

Shipment

The time required to ship your order depends on where you live. It will take about 4 days in Belgium, about a week for worldwide shipping.

Orders exceeding 150 € will be free of (worldwide) shipping costs. Smaller orders will be charged 10 € shipping cost.

The order will be sent to you, at your discretion, in a package without print.

Exchange

You can exchange your articles under certain conditions

• You must contact us in advance if the article does not meet your expectations
• We will contact you by mail in Dutch or English to exchange the article
• You are required to add a copy of your invoice and mail (in which Lingerie Valentijn and yourself came to an agreement for exchange) to the package you are sending back
• There is no charge for exchanging an article with another one of the same price
• In case you demand a refund we will withhold reductions on postage costs

Security

To guard your security, you may not send us your VISA card number in any case other then through this website.
